Unable to export all the records from Paginated report (Power BI Report Builder)

Hi,

I need to export 1 year data (around 5 Lakh records) from my pagainated report. when i tried the same, i could able to export only 17K records through CSV format. (Rendering is working fine, but exporting has the issue)

Is there any workaround for it ?

Do I need to add any extension at the end of my paginated report link when i export the large data ?

hi @Anonymous - Below is the previous post on the same topic - there is a limitation on the number of records to be exported to csv and xlsx.

                Articles that you shared explains the limitation of exporting data from power bi service. but Paginated report (Power BI Report Builder) doesn't have any limitation to export the data

hi @Anonymous - You are right, I see there is a limitation on Power BI visuals but have not experienced any limit on the export from Paginated reports - you can rasie a ticket with Microsoft Power Team to validate the same.

Maximum number of rows that can be exported .csv is 30,000.
