Unable to create a view in Power Bi which was created in Tableau

Need help in creating a visual in Power BI.

Need urgent Help to create this Stagged/Bar chart in Power BI - Any solutions/alternatives to create?

upto 4 Fields used - having one Date Type field(DFA Cyle), two Dimensions(Question Key word & Quadrant), and one measure(Score)
