Hey,
I just try to connect the Jira to PBI with the "Basic" option,
But that I try to put the user name & password it's cannot working.
Do I need my PBI user name & pass? or something else that I'm missing out

Please check that the credentials are entered correctly.

Step 1: Generate an API Token
Step 2: Download and Install the JIRA Content Pack
Step 3: Add the API Token to the Jira Power BI Content Pack
It seems that JIRA is not allowing basic authentication with password any more...
Link to deprecation notice: Deprecation notice - Basic authentication with passwords and cookie-based authentication
Now, you can use an API key (Manage API tokens for your Atlassian account ) instead of the password.
