I'm having trouble setting up a schedule refresh for a data set. It was working fine until a couple of weeks ago. I can't even manually refresh the data. When I try, I get the following error message:
When i click close, I get sent to a new page where I can set up a gateway. We have one already set up that was working. When I expand it, I see the following:
I click on 'Add to gateway' and get sent to the following page. I enter the same credentials as what we use in the PBI desktop app that allows us to connect to those data sources and get the below error:
Things I've already tried. I am able to refresh the data without issue using Power BI desktop. I am also able to publish the data without issue from Power BI Desktop to the Power BI service without issue, and have the updated data. But I am unable to manually refresh from the Power BI service or set up a scheduled refresh. Some things I've already tried:
1) Restarting the gateway
2) Updating the gateway
I'm at a loss for what else to try. Any help is greatly appreciated.
