Unable to change credentials on a data source

I have a number of data sources created that I wish to change the login credentials for, but I am unable to save the changes.

I am in the Settings > Manage Gateways screen (which appears to have changed recently), and when editing data source settings, I am able to enter the required credentials, but the save button remains greyed out. I am the data source owner.

I may be missing something obvious, but I don't seem to be able to save any kind of change to this data source.

I think I've solved it.

I am looking specifically at 'file' type datasources, and whilst you can create one, you cannot seem to edit a file datasource whose file path is 168 characters long, or greater.

Hi @PhilWalker

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Is there any error message?

Generally, the button is grayed out because no changes have been made since the last save. If changed, the button will turn yellow.   It is recommended to refresh the page and try again.

Thanks for the response.

Unfortunately there is no message and refreshing the page doesn't seem to have made a difference.

I only need to change the windows user credentials, but notice that if I try and change the data source name or privacy level, the Save button never becomes active.

I have tried in Edge and Chrome and see the same behaviour in both.
