Unable to access reports - Pro user

Hi, I've been using Power BI now for several months to access a shared report.

However yesterday for some unknown reason when I go to the browser bookmark (or even the original email invite to access the report), it dumps me at the Power BI home page which lists Recent/Shared reports.

  • Clicking on the reports does nothing (regardless of browser)
  • Clicking See All brings up a list, but clicking on the report brings up the "Upgrade to Power BI Pro" message...
  • I've checked my account and I've still got my Pro licence
  • Even if I go to click the "Buy Now" option, it only confirms that I already have a Power BI licence
  • If I try to use the mobile app, oddly I don't get any reports showing up full stop (recent, shared, etc...), as if the report never existed
  • I can't seem to contact Microsoft Power BI support as it says I don't have a Pro account when I clearly do!

The whole episode is driving me insane! Grateful for any assistance on the matter.
