Hi @thanusri,

How did you share the reprot and what version of the license are you assigned? AFAIK, current power bi p2p share feature requires pro license for both sender and receiver.

In addition, you can also take a look at the following link about the 'publish to web' feature that not required pro licenses.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
