Unable to Schedule Refresh for 1 Particular Workbook

This morning I published an Excel workbook to the Power BI service. When I then went to set up scheduled refresh (as I currently have set up for 2 other workbooks) the page shows as blank/white. I tried refreshing the browser page and even different web browsers to no avail. Why would the Settings page be blank for just 1 particular workbook but not for other workbooks and not for Power BI datasets?

I think this is now resolved. One or both of the following seems to have been the culprit.

1) The famous “Formula.Firewall: Query 'QueryName' (step 'StepName') references other queries or steps and so may not directly access a data source. Please rebuild this data combination.” error

2) The data source of one of the queries was an Excel table from within the file.

After addressing these two items I could suddenly see the page with the Schedule Refresh option and such
