Unable to Publish to

hello, 

Any idea on why cant i find the publish to open URL option available now ? I have used it couple of days back but missing now. 

(Do note that i have already publised to web from the desktop but not to the open URL from web)

Please check whether the option has been disabled by your admin in the admin portal.

I have the same issue, my old url's published are not working anymore, if this feature is taken out, makes no sense for me to keep using power bi.
