Unable schedule resfresh



found an error message that my data last refresh was failed. Til yesterday refresh was ok, but....

Gateway is online, data source too. I updated the latest gateway version, but won't help.

Eror message:

 Waiting for any advise how to solve this error.

Please provide more detail content of your issue, it is hard to troubleshooting without enough information.


For e.g:

1. Datasource type, connect mode, gateway type.
2. Any update of datasource data or structure.
3. Detailed information about config datasource/schedule refresh.(auth type)
4. Any changes about the device which the gateway host.(gateway service state change, device restart, network disconnect or other)
