URL Images are not showing in Power BI Paginated Report

Dear Community, 

I am facing an issue since December, and I am not finding any solutions

 

My report was showing image in Power BI service, but since december I have an error message "Impossible to load the image".

This happen only on Power BI service. When I execute my report on Power BI report builder, it works correctly. See below:

but when I publish my paginated report in power bi service, and i try to open it, it does not work. see below:

Is anyone experienced this issue? Did you find a solution or a workaround ?

Hi, @NicoMartin 

You can check the consideration of this function first:

  • The image needs to be in one of these file formats: .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, or .svg
  • The URL needs to be anonymously accessible, not on a site that requires a sign-in, such as SharePoint. However, if images are hosted on SharePoint or OneDrive, you may be able to get an embed code that points directly to them.
