Hi community,
I have two administrator users who are publishing reports to PowerBI Service.
Our reports data sources are mainly Oracle Database and we have Data Gateway Cluster set up as our data in on-prem.
Yet only one out of two can publish with no errors. Error said that gateway was not configured correctly yet credentials were all the same as user's who can publish with no errors.
Makes no sense, has anyone experienced that?
Thanks

Hi, @kasiaw29
According to your description, you said that your Data Gateway Cluster set up as our data on-prem. And when you publish the report to service, you got an error saying that gateway was not configured correctly. I think you should first go to the setting->dataset to check if you have selected the correct gateway cluster and mapped it to the right data source you set before.
If the dataset has been configured by other users, you should take over first and set like above:

Publishing reports to a workspace and configuring dataset gateways are two separate things. Please be more specific.
