Hi ,
I have a dataset which has scheduled refresh in place but I want to turn it off. I head to the settings and switch "Keep your data up to date" to off.
However going back to the main dataset the "Next refresh" still appears as the last option.
I have signed out and back in again but this doesn't seem to fix it.
Thanks,
Robert

Hi @robstewart89,
Yes, accroding to my test, that's true. You can configure another new time which is closer to get N/A.

Hi @robstewart89,
Based on my test, after we turn off schedule refresh, once it reaches the original schedule refresh time(in my scenario, 11:00 AM), the dataset has not been refreshed successfully, the NEXT REFRESH time will become N/A.

Frank
Hi @robstewart89,
Does that make sense, If so, kindly mark my answer as a solution to close the case please.

So even although the scheduled refresh has been turned off we need to wait until the next day for it to change to "N/A" ?
