Turn off possibility to create new reports

Hi,

We have a number of users but I only want them to work with the available reports. 

Do you know if there is a possibility, as admin, to turn off the possibility to create your own reports in Power BI Pro?

How do you work? Do you have this possibility open for everyone?

If the users can't create a new report in the App workspaces, they can't edit the report either. If this is good, you can follow @Greg_Deckler's suggestions.

Well, if you create an App Workspace, you can grant permissions of Admin, Contributor and Member. I believe Member is read only.

You can also turn off the creation of new Workspaces in Tenant settings.

However, I believe that people will still be able to create reports in their own workspace.
