Hello,
I would like to ask you for a help with my Power BI Service refresh issues. I have a dataset which consists of 18 tables (16 from Oracle database and 2 sharepoint files) and I am able to refresh it on the desktop version without any problem. The troubles start when I publish it into the Power BI Service where I am not able to refresh it because I get the underlying error message "The key didn't match any rows in the table." When I try to republish the dataset then a second table threw the same error. It is a domino effect because all tables are failing one at a time. The tables, however, are fine. I have checked in Power Query, that my queries are right without any orange triangles.
What has come to my mind is that it could be related to Gateway Settings because I am working for a different department and this project is published into a different workspace than the previous one which was working well but the gateway settings are still the same. Or maybe it can be caused by the mix of two data sources Oracle database and sharepoint. But I am just guessing.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Martin
Please make sure, you are using same or same access level credentails in Power BI Desktop and in gateway datasource
