I have purchased a number of licenses for Power BI users, however I am unable to assign them. The reason for this is that I have two directories in my Azure account: one with the licenses, the other with the users. Is there any way to assign licenses to users in a different directory?

Thanks a lot. I already went through that before, and that's where I have the issue. There is nothing where the licenses available should appear. I talked with technical support, and the issue is not related to P. BI itself, but Azure. I am waiting for their customer support team to get back to me, and I will update this post.
