This report couldnt access the datasource. Contact the author to have it fixed

Hi everyone, I created a report in PBI Desktop connected to SSAS Tabular Model in Direct Query, published it and added the datasource to the organization gateway, and everything seems to be well connected. 

But when i go and open the report, it shows the next error: "This report couldnt access the datasource. Contact ( Name ), the author, to have it fixed". Nothing else.

 

I've done same steps with 2 different tabular and only worked with one of them.

What could be the problem?

Odd. Make sure the account you are accessing it with has permissions in the gateway for the data source. 

 

You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
