This app hasn't been listed on AppSource

I am interested in downloading an App listed on AppSource into my workplace-managed PowerBI environment. The app is most certainly listed on AppSource, it's the Covid19 app developed by Microsoft.

So this error message needs to be a bit more clear: which setting does my tenant admin need to change to allow me to install this App?  The error message currently reads:

Install this Power BI app?
