There is not enough space on the disk message

Hi everyone,

I have this report in my PowerBI Online Service, and when I try to update the dataset, I get the following error:

Algo não deu certo
Houve um erro no gateway de dados.
Tente novamente mais tarde ou entre em contato com o suporte. Se você entrar em contato com o suporte, forneça esses detalhes.
Mensagem de erro subjacente: There is not enough space on the disk.
Table: vwECF_VENDA_GONDOLA_DIA_HORA.

What should I do?

Thank you!

Thanks for that, are you still getting the error when refreshing?

Also where you have your Gateway installed is there enough disk space?

Hi there

How big is your PBIX file?

The file size is 712Mb.

But it is already published. I am having problems when I try to refresh the data in PowerBI Online Service.

Hi there

Could it be that when the data is being refreshed the new data exceeds the 1GB limit?

I don't know. How can I check it?

I would open my Power BI desktop file, then refresh it.

I would save it and see how big the PBIX file size is.

I did it.

After the refresh, the file size is 732Mb.

Thanks for that, are you still getting the error when refreshing?

I tried to refresh again and now the error is gone.

Guess I will never know what caused the error Smiley Sad

Apparently some modifications were made on our database, so maybe there was something wrong there.

Thank you very much for your help!
