The specified culture is not supported

Hi, guys.

 

The report is refreshed at PBI Desktop but doesn't work in PBI Service

 

Came up with the following message for my new dataset. Just read some posts, but really don't know where to start from working and what to search in my dataset.

 

Underlying error code: -2147467259
Underlying error message: The specified culture is not supported.
DM_ErrorDetailNameCode_UnderlyingHResult: -2147467259
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Detail: el-CY
Microsoft.Data.Mashup.ValueError.Reason: DataFormat.Error
Cluster URI: WABI-WEST-EUROPE-redirect.analysis.windows.net
Activity ID: 79263fff-d1a5-40e8-bbda-cee78cb6d43f

HI @kostask ,

Try to disable  time intelligence:

And you could try to  open the report in desktop, check which kind of local set in report:

  1. File > Options and settings > Options.
  2. Under Current file, select Regional Settings.
  3. In the Locale box

Change it to the English(US) then republish to service to see if refresh can be successful.
