Hi @Vincent,

Please try and get date in Power BI desktop, if all things works fine in desktop. Maybe there are some problem in gateway. So update your gateway to the latest version and sign in again. If there is still an issue, I personally suggest you create a support ticket on the right bottom of page for better assistanceSmiley Happy.

Best Regards,
Angelia

Yes I have tried it the refresh from desktop is fine. And I just updated the gateway yesterday.

And I just checked I'm a pro user but the support link still give me the following message

I understand you are trying to guide me though opening a ticket with a support.

The following is what I have tried.

Am I not a pro user? Or there is something else I did wrong?
