The scheduled refresh is cancelled because a new refresh is detected on the same database

Hi All,

I have been facing an issue with scheduled refreshes via PowerBi service failing with 'The scheduled refresh is cancelled because a new refresh is detected on the same database'.

In some cases, another refresh is triggered after the current one fails. In some cases, no refresh is triggered.

The reports use native query and happens with multiple reports.

Any ideas?

Hi Jimmy,

We have been facing such issues over the past couple of weeks and during one such occassion I didn't see any error or warning on the Power BI support website.

Does this have anything to do with he report or the Gateway?
