The resultset of a query to external data source has exceeded the maximum allowed size of '1000000'

Dear Experts,

i am facing this error while deploying my report to power bi service, knowing that i am not facing it on power bi desktop

"The resultset of a query to external data source has exceeded the maximum allowed size of '1000000' rows'".

the error is coming from the sum amount function , once removed the reports works fine.

kindly assist with this urgent request.

Problem solved after splitting the report and adding more filters

Please check your calculate logic about your sum amount function.

Did you build a measure? Maybe that your calculated logic make your result returns to more that one million rows.

There's a fixed limit of 1 million rows placed on the number of rows that can be returned in any single query to the underlying source in Direct Query connection mode.
