I have tested on my side, it works well.
and I'm assuming it's a temporary issue, please try it again.
if you still have problem, I would suggest you migrate your report to other tenants until this issue has been fixed. Please refer to similar thread below about how to migrate your report.

Same issue here in Houston, TX. Datasets also failing to refresh, last successful refresh was at 4:15 am (CST) for us.
Hi Getting the same and all scheduled refreshes are all failing (UK)
Same here, report still not loaded after 30 minutes. Same issue when trying to open data set.
Update: Same issue from diffrent devices and browsers. Same issue from PowerBi Desktop connecting to any off the PowerBI service datasets.
Has Power Bi replied?
