The query result is too large.

I have a report that is throwing an error message when opened on the service. The error reads 'The query result is too large. Consider removing unused columns, adding visual filters or reducing the number of string type columns'. The table visual doesn't display. If I then filter the data to return fewer rows it displays correctly.

The query only returns about 64k rows and the table has 14 columns, I wouldn't expect data of this size to cause any problems.

I don't want end users to seee this error message, what are my options?

Hi @JimJim

Please check Note of this article:If a table has too many values, consider converting it to a matrix and/or using drilldown. The maximum data points a table will display is 3,500.Here are some tips about Power BI performance for your reference.
