The <ColumnName> column does not exist in the rowset

I get this error message when refreshing a dataset in the Power BI Service.
The '<pii><ColumnName></pii>' column does not exist in the rowset
The dataset uses an Azure SQL server as datasource.

The exact same report is refreshable without erorrs locally on my computer in Power BI Desktop.
The exact same report is refreshable without errors in another workspace in another tenant.
I haven't done anything with this column in Power Query, it's not mentioned anywhere in the M-code

The last changes we made before getting this error was adding 2 columns in the datasource.
An earlier version of this report is running in another workspace in the same tenant as the one with errors. They both work with the same datasource. This report is refreshable with no errors.
