The gateway is either offline or could not be reached

HI,

I have one report which fails to refresh sporadically. Sometimes it works and sometimes fails. 

The gateway is on and up to date. All the Datasources have been added to the gateway. 

Can anyone help?

Have you installed the lastest version of on-premises gateway? Have you checked the gateway log?

Hi Jimmy,

Yes we are using the latest version of the on-premises gateway. 

I havent checked the gateway log. I dont know what or where to find any information in there. 

Any support would be great

We have the same issue.

Some of our datasets fail on refresh.

This doesn't happen all the time.
