The email Subscriptions not working suddenly today

 Hi everyone,

 

I have a Power BI Premium P1 and today I dont know why the email subscriptions not working. Can you help me?

Hi @lawrenceabith ,

 

When you say that the subscriptions failed, do you mean:

On one report?

On all reports?

For one user?

For a group of users?

For all users?

For certain types of subscriptions and not other types?

Was the report itself modified in name, page name, visuals or some other manner that would nullify the subscription?

 

Then, to troubleshoot, there are number of questions to consider.  For example, If the subscription is based to run only when data changes, did the data change?  (Did the refresh work?)  Did the Gateway work (if used)?

For all users? Yes

For certain types of subscriptions and not other types? Everyone

Was the report itself modified in name, page name, visuals or some other manner that would nullify the subscription? No. Yesterday everything was working well.

 

I am trying clicking in "Run Now" and nothing:
