Hi experts
Im currently working on some guidelines for using PowerBI in the company, but i don't seem to figure out what the difference is between an admin and a member of an app workspace, if the members have editing rights.
Is the only difference that admins, can remove members or make them admins? or is there a possibility to limit the rigths of members, so that they fx cannot add other members, delete reports and datasets?
Thanks and regards

Hi @Sjonne99
As a admin of an app workplace, i can edit for the workplace, something like:
who can see the content of this workplace,
member can edit or only read,
add other users to the workplace as a member or admin.
these above can't be achieved by a member of the workplace, also a member can't edit permission of a dataset for a admin.
It is possible to limit the rights for members, as a admin, select "member can only view" for privacy, thus they only view the reports and dashboards.
Best Regards
Maggie
