Takes forever to refresh

I have 15 XML queries from 15 web URLs, the problem I am having is that the refresh takes to long to update (Almost 2 hours...). When I click edit queries, each query will update instantly one by one; but when refreshing all at once it takes forever. The queries do load so there is no error stopping it, and on the refresh window. It says "1 row loaded" on all 15 queries, but then locks up and seems be the stuck for hours. Does anyone why this might be happening or what i can do to speed the refresh up. My data needs to be "Live", so the refresh is very important. Thank you
