Tabular Editor - "Ghost" Field that does not exist, appears in Perspective

Hi All,

I have a Thin Report that is connected to the Model Report in the PBI Service.

I have done this a number of times but with the latest Thin Report that I added perspectives to, a "Ghost" field  called measure adds itself to the available options for the end user.

The measure does not exist and is nowhere to be found in the Table the perspectives is saying it should be.

I tried to trouble shoot by:

  • renaming perspective.
  • removing all from perspective and then readding one field at at time.
  • Create a new perspective.
  • Deleted the perspective and reverted to default (showing all tables and fields).

The "Ghost" measure keeps reappearing in the PBI Service when using perspectives/personalization.

Is this a bug? Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else experienced this?

This is what is seen in the Perspective online:

What the Table looks like in the model ("Measure" no where to be found):

Hi @Hendrik_LI,

What version of power bi desktop are you used to build the report? Do any preview features you enabled on your report? Please provide more detail information to help us clarify and reproduce your scenario:

BTW, what expression did this measure used? Have you used any 'quick-expression' feature to generate measure formulas?
