Tableau's WINDOW_SUM Equivalent in DAX

Hello everyone,

I am creating a report based on one done previously in Tableau.

There's a Net Sales Average calculation that uses Tableau's WINDOW_SUM functions to just get the 3 rows above the current and divide by three to get the running net sales average.

Here's what it looks like:

WINDOW_SUM(SUM([Net Sales]), -3,-1)/3

What would be the DAX equivalent to this function?
