Synchronised slicers not working on dashboard

I have created a dashboard based on a number of pages from a report. In Power BI desktop, I have chosen to synchronise the slicers, so that when you use it on one page, it also filters across to the other pages:

This works as expected in the the published (online) report, e.g. when I use the slicer on one page, the other pages mirror the slicer selection.

However, when I pin the report pages onto a dashboard that I want to share with other users, the slicers don't synchronise, e,g. when I use one the other tiles aren't filtered by my slicer selection.

Is this a design flaw? Can I get round it somehow? I would prefer to share my dashboard rather than the report itself.

Hi @enorberg 

The Sync slicers feature doesn't work accross tiles in a dashboard, I would recommend you refer to the following similar thread.

That's annoying, I would have expected the slicers - being part of the report rather than the dashboard - to work the same when i a dashboard context. Thanks for confirming @v-diye-msft
