Hi All,
We have published a Report that includes a slicer on page one that filters all the report pages for each users sector. It works for almost everyone, but we have a user for whom it doesnt work. He can select his sector on a slicer, but the report does not get filtered for him - it works for everyone else. We are not using RLS so I don't think it is that.
Does anyone have any pointers please?
Thank you.
Andrew
Hi @Andshepch ,
Does that make sense? If so, kindly mark my answer as a solution to help others having the similar issue and close the case. If not, let me know and I'll try to help you further.

Hi Amy,
Thanks for your reply - I haven't marked it as accepted yet, because my user hasn't got back to me to let me know how he got on. (despite it being "urgent" smh!), so I don't know if that worked.
Regards
Andrew

Hi @Andshepch ,
Are you using the same version of browser? Please note that you may encounter issues if using Internet Explorer 10. You can look at the browsers support for Power BI and for Office 365.
When using this user's account to login in the Power BI Service opened in other users' computer , will the same issue still occur?
Best Regards,
Amy
