Switch theme in Power BI report in the service

Hi all.

When using custom themes in Power BI Desktop the custom theme will follow to the service in the default report that will be published (and updated) as a part of the data model.

Is there a way (using the API perhaps) to have a report created in the service switch to a custom theme or "reapply" a theme that have been added (or changed) in the model?

My guess is "no" to all the above but I wanted to check before recreating a bunch of reports...

Hi @pontushaglund,

Currently, the theme can only be switched with Power BI Desktop. I would suggest you add it as an idea on Power BI Ideas forum to improve Power BI on this feature.
