Sum in matrix

Question is: how to find the total of Charge and No for  age wise  for Provider(00000000 and CD -OAC,OAD 0#W...) ->

Like example for Provider 000000000, CD has OAC,OAD 0#W etc.. i want sum of Charge and No (included all CD)for 0-15,16-30 ages   etc ,

You could create a measure that add a filter in it to get it.
