Suddenly contents in My Workspace were cleared

Hi all,

I'm using Power BI Service. Suddenly my uploaded contents (reports and dataset) in My Workspace were cleared.

Can tenant administrator edit to My Workspace? Or is there any possible cause of this situation?

Now I'm using it by Power BI Pro (Trial version), but the probation period were remaining sufficiently.

Best regards,

HI @TakahiroArai,

Maybe you can check audit log if it has logged these operations.

Using auditing within your organization

Hi @TakahiroArai,

Current tenant admin can't operation content stored in personal workspace.(my workspace)

I guess your contents may delete by other users who known your account and password.(admin can view your password in tenant portal)

In addition, pro trial license expired weren't remove your contents.

BTW, if you mean app workspace, all members who have edit permission can remove workspace contents.

Hi @v-shex-msft,

Thank you for the reply. I mean personal workspace.

I feel incomprehensible that there is no any possible cause for this situation...

Of course, my account had not shared with any other persons, and it's difficult to guess that admin of my company gets my password and did such operation.

Is there anything logs of personal workspace that your Power BI Service system admin can see?

Best regards,
