Successful gateway connection not mapping with excel data

I have two sources for my Power BI report.

SAP Business warehouse and Excel query in Excel file.

I am able to setup gateway for SAP in Power BI Service and map it in the Gateway connection.

When I create a new gateway for the excel from the Shared drive, the connection becomes successful. However, When I try and map the gatweay connection, it asks me to create the gateway again.

Power BI  Service is not letting me link the newly created gateway connection with the file.

However, I have connections to other shared drive files that are mapped. And I tried republishing this report again, but same result.

the connection details on the gateway must match the connection details in your PBIX file exactly, down to the punctuation and letter case. Also check your PBIX data source settings for any extra connections that you might have missed.
