Subscriptions that doesn't send mails

Hi, I have subrsicptions that sends email everyday to some users. But since the beginning of the week it doesn't work anymore. I tried to duplicate the subsriptions, activate/deactivate them,.... but still the same. Does someone have an idea what could I do or change? Thanks!

I just deleted the subscription and created a new one. Everything is back to normal by magic with no changing of the parameters.

Hi @awillaumez 

Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot .

(1) Whether you can successfully subscribe for others, if yes, then exclude your license problem. At the same time, the setting problems in admin portal can also be eliminated. A subscription will end if the Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license expires, the dashboard or report is deleted by the owner, or the user account used to create the subscription is deleted.

(2)Check your End Date for subscription . If the End Date expires, then the subscription ends .

I think so. I have submitted a support ticket with the Power BI support. When I press "Run now" the e-mail/report is sent, the issue I have is with the scheduled send out of the e-mail. I've also tried to create a new subscription and delete the old one without success. I had the same issue about 2 weeks ago but then it worked to just deactivate and activate again.

Hi, I have the exact same problem. The issue came up at the same time for me as well. 

Is it due to the PBI plateform do you think?
