Subscription required to publish reports to multiple users.

I know this has been asked before, but I've just discovered PowerBI and I'm hoping it can do what I need. Basically I would like to create reports to send to multiple users (20-30) but without each of them paying for a pro licence. The information is private so it can't be published "to the web". If I purchase a pro licence will this work? Or does each user need a pro licence to view the reports? Alternatively, could I create a new pro account and each user can log in with the same account on their mobile?

Hi there

Based on the current licensing and agreements the suggested way to do it is where each person with whom the report is being shared would be a Power BI Pro license.

You could look at Power BI Premium if you had enough people.
