Subscription emails arriving only at midnight

Hi guys, do any of you have an ideia of what may be the cause of this?

No matter how I set the subscription, it always sends the email at midnight, but I would like to make it arrive in the morning. I already tried changing the scheduled time many times and it just doesn't work:

I also tried to change the timezone and it all leads to the same result.

Hi @Beu ,

Can you try the below 2 things:
1. Schedule according to UTC timezone

2. Check if you are getting the mail when subscription is sent now(i.e., at that very moment)

Thanks for replying me.

Actually I already tried the UTC timezone, but I did it again now (15 minutes ago).

I set the subscription like this:

Here in my timezone it's 10 AM and I just got an email of the subscription, but that doesn't mean it worked, just means that when it hits any hour (o' clock) it will send the email, and that happens because the frequency I chose is Hourly.

I other words, every full time (1PM, 2PM, 3PM...) it will trigger an email, completely ignoring the scheduled time I set.

Any other suggestion?

2 things you can do:

1. Delete this subscription and create another one

2. If still issue persists, raise a ticket with MS Support. Only they can view the subscription logs and let you know the exact issue

Since I've already tried creating new subscriptions, I'll resort to MS Support.
