I noticed that if I'm in an app and click 'Reset to Default', then try the Subscribe button, it doesn't open the subscription dialog. The work-around seems to be switching to a dashboard (maybe another report, I haven't tried that) and switch back to the original report page, then Subscription button works again.
I've tried both old and new Edge as well as Chrome with the same results. I do have 'New Look' enabled.
Is this a behavior observed by others?
