As the title says, I have reports that are scheduled to go out at noon and 5pm every day. They pull data from a live dataset that takes just a few seconds to update.
What could be causing these to not send for 10-15min and sometimes longer?
What information do you need from me to help diagnose?
EDIT: Image added. This still has not fired off yet and its 1:07PM EST. When I go to the report and load the report up, it loads up instantly.
Hi @AnthonyH28 ,
There could be many factors to caused the delay. It's hard to determine the specific reason of the delay.
You could check if your report hit the limitations.
You could try to create a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free.
Best Regards,
Liang

Just wanted to add that I am having the same issue on my side - normally scheduled emails go out at LEAST 10-15m after they are supposed to, but this morning they were almost 3 hours late.
Interestingly enough, its now been over an hour for me. The report still hasnt fired off yet.
