Subscribe to Email "Run Now" disabled

Hi,

I have a user that refreshes a workspace and then manually executes a saved subscritption distribution.  Every once in a while the "Run Now" selection in the "Subscribe to Email" form is disabled.

Are there a set of know circumstances where the "Run Now" functionality in the "Subscribe to Email" is disabled?

Hi, @JimMcD_5B 

According to this problem, I think the reason why the "Run Now" selection is disabled is that your report is not supported by subscription or the "Email subscription" function is disabled. 

You should first go to the Admin portal to check if your tenant has disabled the “Email subscription” option if your account is the tenant admin.

If you still have a problem, you can also follow the limitation link of the “Email subscription” that Anand24 posted to find the reason for this problem.

Weird issue to be honest because I don't think Run Now abruptly gets disabled.
