Subscribe external users to a report with power bi pro

Hello to everyone,

We are facing a problem with the subscriptions to different reports or dashboards. We are using power bi PRO license and we want to subscribe external users (gmail account), we've noticed this is not possible yet but is there any option where we can share the reports with gmail users?

Hi, @ATO23 

Powerbi currently does not support that. It is recommended to use corporate email addresses in your organization. As a  workaround, you can consider subscribing to the report/dashboard for yourself, and then forward the email to the gmail user.

You can also try Power Automate  to achieve that.
