I created a Push dataset via Power BI web.
It worked for a couple of days, but at some stage, my push (via Azure Logic App) started failing.
I deleted that dataset and tried to recreate it but since then I'm unable to create new ones.
Upon creation, it appears in the list but is not functional and after several minutes it disappears.
If I mark historical data upon creation I don't even get the URL and settings are not available.
I have a PRO user and there is no storage issue.
I also tried doing this with another user in our organisation and the issue persisted.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is not the case.
It actually started working again today after 2 days that it did not work.
I got to talk to support and they are supposed to get back to me with the results of their research.
I'll post If I get any more helpful insights.
