Streaming Dataset not refreshing for pinned report

Our client have multiple streaming dataset with history. Some of datasets have a model and we create raports based on it. When we pin individual tiles to the Dashboard then data is refreshed but when entire report built on streaming dataset is pinned to Dashboard then it is not refreshed for each push. Is there a solution for that? Is it issue or intended functionality? Can we refresh report from API somehow while pulling the data?

Currently, the real-time data can only be displayed in dashboard tile. It can't be refreshed in report. Please vote this idea.
