Strange Gateway Data Source: PowerBI, Data Source Type = Blank, Data Source Information = PowerBI

Does anyone know what is it, when is it created and how to add such Data Source to the Power BI Data Gateway?

Data Source Name = PowerBI

Data Source Type = Blank

Data Source Information = PowerBI

Kinda makes sense as the data is already in Azure.

I would recommend you recreate the setup piece by piece in a new dataset (adding one data source at a time), and see where it breaks.

what's the error message when you attempt the "re-connect" ?

@lbendlin Composite model. Based on dataflows.  The messege is only Cannot be added to gateway.

did you allow cloud data sources to refresh via your gateway?  Is the dataset in question based on a composite model?

Hi @lbendlin, yes I did. And we are not able to re-connect our report from one gateway to another, because we are not able to re-create this strange connection.
