Stacked bar "dead area" for mouse clicks

Hi, my users often try to cklick on staked bar with labels and click event don't do filter action because they click on label.
For example, see second bar in picture - no chance to select red and blue area with label value is 15 for red and 16 for blue area.

I'm think, onMouseClick() envent for bar aria do't fire, because this event recive "label" object. So, to fix this, we need implement OnMouseClick() event for label, that call OnMouseClick() event for their object owner - bar aria.

"Dead zones" in stacked bars - this bug was fixed in last (today) service update 13.0.1100.174.

this is another example of dead zone for mouse click in bubble chart with timeline. In this case user can't select "yellow" bubble
