I have a report with 5 pages, that has been published into an App Workspace and App.
When using Q&A with the App Workspace, all 5 report pages appear as you type the name of each page.
When using Q&A with the Published App, only 4 of the report pages appear, and one does not.
Has anyone encountered this issue and were able to resolve?
Is there anything particular on your reports? Can you please provide more details contact about this?

There is nothing particular about it. I did a bit of troubleshooting and I think it is a bug in the service.
When I initially published the app, it had only 4 pages in the report. I then created a new page in the report, published it to my app workspace then updated the app in the workspace. The original 4 pages all appear in Q&A in the app. All 5 pages appear in Q&A in the app workspace.
I created a new app workspace, published the same report to it, and created an app. Now all 5 pages appear in Q&A in the app.
Seems like Q&A will only work for report pages that were in the report when initially published and will not appear if you add new pages and update the app.
I think you can also report this scenario to dev to to help them improve and fix these issues. (tickets are free for pro users)
